RIPE NCC
The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Center is a Regional Internet Registry responsible for the allocation of IP address ranges and AS numbers in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
The organization was founded in Amsterdam in 1992 as a non-profit organization. Higher-level organizations are RIPE, which sets RIPE NCC policy of action, and ICANN, for all questions about IP address ranges and AS numbers.
